BLUR PERKS

A 12 month contractual commitment. $50 non-refundable, one-time enrollment processing fee. $100 auto debited monthly allotment charged to your card on file to be banked and redeemed towards services at BLUR. Banked amount cannot be exchanged for money back or gift cards. Banked amount will never expire, however if client is no longer under 12-month commitment, client will no longer qualify for discounted “BLUR Perks” service pricing. Membership begins on the 1st day of the following month after client signs up. Following completion of the 12-month contract, your membership may be voided at anytime via in person, or written notice to booking@blurwi.com. Auto debited charges will end on the first of the following month from time of notice. Pre-mature cancelation of contract prior to the end of the 12 month commitment will incur a $500 cancelation fee. Membership, bank or discounts cannot be transferred to anyone outside of individual signing contract. Late cancellation fees determined by BLUR LLC still apply. In the event that there are insufficient funds available for auto debited charges two months of the twelve-month commitment, the contract will be voided and a $500 fee will be required to reinstate your booking abilities. Additionally you will no longer be able to join BLUR Perks. Standing treatment pricing is subject to change at anytime without notice, however, contracted discounts are locked in for the 12-month commitment (unless price change is advantageous for client). If following 12-month commitment BLUR Perks change, notice will be given and a new contract will need initiation if agreeing party wishes to invoke a new 12-month commitment.
